Online weekly classes
Students will be required to attend online weekly classes. Although classes will be delivered by the instructors, students will be required to partake and classes will be delivered in workshop format more than traditional lecture format. This is to ensure students are engaged through the programme, get a deeper insight into lessons being taught and demonstrate their learning of applying principles being taught.
Independent Learning
Students will be required to do pre-reading before classes and complete independent learning assignments during class, contributing based on their independent study.
Students will also be required to ensure their Quran reading is proficient, they have at least a basic understanding of tajweed rules and that they have memorised juzz Amma by the end of the 3 years.
Project Work
Students will be required to work collaboratively with other students to undertake project work, which may involve conducting research relevant to the topics being studied. Additionally, students will be encouraged to participate in supplementary projects that align with Quranic narratives and teachings, fostering their holistic growth and development. These projects serve as avenues for applying theoretical knowledge to real-world contexts, enriching the learning experience.

The Quranic Journey Programme (QJP) is designed for students of the Quran who want to carry out an in-depth study of the Quran and its different sciences in theory and application.
The programme will consist of over 700+ hours of study over 3 years and students will get to journey through the whole Quran from cover to cover, delve in to different sciences related to the Quran.
Study the themes of different surahs and delve into Tafseer of the Quran using classical and contemporary books taking lessons and benefits along the way. All lessons will be taught in an interactive workshop like manner and students will be expected to do prereading and homework.
At the end of the programme the student of taseel’s Quranic journey programme will have a good understanding of the sciences of the Quran and its applications, understand the different types of Tafaseer and gain an insight into the meanings, lessons and benefits from the Quran.
Periodic assessments will be held and those who complete the course successfully and meet the attendance criteria will be awarded a certificate of completion that will attest to the completion of the course insha Allah.
